I'm Robert Jones—though plenty of people know me as Bobby. I grew up in Ooltewah, graduated from Silverdale Baptist, and still call this community home. I'm a husband, a dad to two boys, and a photographer who loves the stories unfolding right around us.
My background crosses engineering, marketing, and endurance sports. Those worlds taught me to pay attention—to movement, detail, light, and the seconds everyone else might miss. I bring that same curiosity to every portrait session, game, and event.
You'll usually find me photographing families in beautiful natural light, athletes giving everything they have, or the quiet moments between the bigger ones. I like photographs that feel real, not overly staged. The goal isn't to make everyone look like someone else; it's to show who they already are.

I've always loved storytelling and the way an image can hold on to a moment. My engineering and marketing work helped shape how I approach photography, while my love of sports and family stories keeps me behind the camera.
Every athlete deserves recognition for the work they put in. I want the athletes in less-publicized sports to have images that celebrate their effort and make them feel just as important as anyone under the stadium lights.
I love travel, street photography, landscapes, and documenting life as it happens. I'm also an endurance athlete, so I'm drawn to the focus and determination that sports bring out in people.
I often share individual game photos because encouraging young athletes matters to me. Commissioned athlete portraits, team coverage, and private sessions are separate services; contact me with what you have in mind.
The way I see it, photography is more than a creative pursuit. It's an opportunity to use what I've been given in service of others.
